    • Acquired BetterShield
    • Expanded team to 900+ employees

    • One of the first Canadian medical device manufacturer’s certified to MDSAP

    • Acquired Canica Design medical products; rebranded to Dynamic Tissue Systems® (DTS)

    • Acquired OMI Safety Scalpel System
    • In-house blade grinding & sterilization

  • 2008 - 2010

    • Acquired Personna Medical Blades & Scalpels
    • Acquired Capnoxygen
    • Expanded team to 100 employees
    • Lee McDonald awarded Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award

  • 2006 - 2007

    • Launched OxyMaskTM worldwide

    • Board of Directors established

    • Received ISO 13485, CMDCAS and MDD 93/42/EEC Annex II

    • Launched Canadian Distribution Division
