ETT Bite Blocks

The Southmedic Endotracheal Tube Protector, or Bite Block, is designed to fit multiple sizes of endotracheal tubes (ET Tubes). Southmedic Bite Block is made from a non PVC environmentally friendly material that is soft enough to protect teeth and yet extremely durable to protect the ET Tube. The ETT Bite Block’s transparent material also aids in recognizing ET tube position by allowing visualization of the ET tube length numbers. Attached to the Bite Block is a slip-security ring that fits over the standard ET Tube 15 mm adaptor. This, along with an adjustable tie-wrap ensures the Bite Block stays in place.
